Locations

In 2008, the book festival found its permanent home at the historic Fifth Street School, 401 S. Fourth Street, a 1930’s Mission-style building that has become a cultural hub in the heart of downtown. Most author sessions take place in the auditorium of the school with some events featured in the fountain courtyard while the Target Children’s Book Festival takes place in the adjacent Centennial Plaza. Other venues include the Clark County Library at 1401 E. Flamingo and 18b The Arts District at Charleston and Casino Center.
