Las Vegas, NV—A celebration of comic book culture, the annual Vegas Valley Comic Book Festival takes place Saturday, November 3 from 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Clark County Library, 1401 E. Flamingo Road, Las Vegas, Nevada.
Now in its fifth year, the event brings together some of the top names in the industry including Gene Ha (Top 10, Justice League of America, Action Comics, Fables, Batman: Fortunate Son); Aaron Alexovich (Serenity Rose, ELDRITCH!, Fables, Invader Zim); Drew Rausch (Sullengrey, Cthulhu Tales, Zombie Tales, ELDRITCH!, Haunted Mansion); Dan Parson (Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi, Knights of the Old Republic, Clone Wars and other Star Wars titles) and Tommy Kovac (Wonderland, Skelebunnies, Stitch, The Royal Historian of Oz).
Other highlights include portfolio reviews, the lively artist jam, an Artist Alley, free films, a market place featuring merchandise from Top Shelf Productions, SLG Publishing and local comic book stores, Kirby Krackle in concert and the city’s most popular food trucks.

The Vegas Valley Book Festival is the largest literary event in Las Vegas. In its 11th year, the festival is produced annually by the city of Las Vegas, Las Vegas-Clark County Library District, UNLV’s Black Mountain Institute, Las Vegas Review-Journal, the local chapter of AIGA, the professional association for design, and Nevada Humanities, a festival founder.
